| JOB DESCRIPTION |
We are seeking a performance-driven individual with the ability to effectively manage our Inventory of Raw & Packaging Materials.
Major Responsibilities
- Ensures a continuous supply of materials from supplier to production
- Maintains control of inventory by effectively interfacing with Brewing, Operations, Warehousing, Purchasing and suppliers
- Provides strategic support to the Planning Division by ensuring that the right materials in the right quantities and quality specifications are on site as needed.
- Statistical analysis of the sales forecast to identify any deviation from the Sales Budget and historical actual sales
- Continuously looks forward to identify any risk of material stock outs so that preventative measures can be taken.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures relating to stocking inventory to minimize out of stock and over stock situations.
Requirements
- A first degree in Business Management / Industrial Engineering or a related discipline e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience, ideally in a high speed food production &/or manufacturing environment
- CIPS Professional Diploma will be considered a valuable asset
All candidates must possess a strong work ethic and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should be highly proficient in using all Microsoft Suite Programs.

We are seeking a highly energetic performance driven individual with a strong bias for action to effectively manage the procurement of raw and packaging materials, equipment and services.
Major Responsibilities
- Directs and organizes the supply function. An expert in Supplier Management with considerable experience in the area of Negotiations, Supplier Selection, Vendor Management, Service Contracts and Customs.
- Identifies opportunities for further efficiencies and implements accepted best practices by ensuring adequate systems and procedures are in place to facilitate the procurement, safe receipt and verification of materials, equipment, stocks and/or supplies.
- Manages the shipping and receiving functions of the Department in a timely and efficient manner (e.g. m onitors the import processes and procedures and ensures technical and legal documentation requirements are met so as to ensure that costs, delays and the Company’s standing are not compromised).
- Develops sustainable value-added relationships with suppliers (e.g. maintenance of a reliable vendor rating system) and leverages these relationships to ensure company goals/objectives are consistently met.
- Interfaces with the Production (Brewing and Bottling) departments to schedule the delivery and receipt of all materials, stocks and equipment according to agreed quantity and quality specifications.
Requirements
- A first degree in Business Management or a related discipline e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain Management.,CIPS
- At least 8 years management experience in a relevant area, ideally in a high speed food production &/or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of customs laws and practices.
- Knowledge of packaging and raw materials .
- Strong verbal and written skills
- PC skills with practical knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Applications.

Job Description – Electrical
- To install and maintain plant electrical power supply systems including 12kv switch gear.

- Optimize equipment availability by the implementation of Preventative Maintenance systems.
- Manage a team of technicians to carry out required plant maintenance both corrective and preventative.
Job Description – Process
- Optimization and standardization activities in glass/food production manufacturing processes and equipment through standard operating procedures.
- Rationalization and labour saving activities for the glass manufacturing process and equipment.
- New equipment and technology installation support on the glass manufacturing process.
- Data and process analysis through statistical process control.
- Recommend and implement process improvements in the processing, batching and melting operation.
